1) Open doors and windows to ensure air circulation during use. This allows for continuous air exchange and prevents stuffiness caused by excessive humidity. Avoid using in high-humidity or enclosed spaces. Higher temperatures and drier environments result in better cooling effects.
2) When not in use in winter periods, empty the water tank and blow air through the cooling pad in "ventilation" mode to ensure that it is completely dry. This will extend the lifespan of the cooling pad and prevent mold growth.
3) Place the portable air cooler horizontally. Do not overfill with water to prevent leakage.
4) Refill water when the level is low to maintain cooling effectiveness.
5) Change water in the tank regularly and clean tank periodically to prevent bacterial growth.
6) Clean the dust filter and cooling pad regularly to prevent blockage of air inlet and reduced cooling efficiency.
7) Do not place portable air cooler near against wall which will hinder airflow and reduce airflow.
8) Adding suitable amount of spices to the water will produce fragrant and refreshing breeze, making one feel relaxed and comfortable;
9) If remote control is malfunctioning but control panel buttons are working normal , please check if the remote control has power;
10) Pay attention to electrical safety, especially in places where children are present;
11) If problems occur, seek professional repair.
